Botifarra cuita extra (Butifarra stew extra)
An entirely traditional product. Made with meat from different parts of the pig, salt, pepper and natural casing. It has gone through a completely natural preservation process, using salt and pepper only. The cooking process has been very slow in order to retain all the flavour.
Contains no gluten, lactose or dairy derivatives.
